Our
design/build projects are accomplished through a step-by-step process.
Phase 1.
Initial meeting and property visit:

Discuss the scope of your project. Talk about your overall objectives.
Discuss preliminary budget and phasing requirements. |

Client review of our portfolio of projects. |
Phase 2.
Establish design fees and projected budget:

Provide design proposal. |

Client given our landscape design questionnaire which will help us
define your likes, dislikes, favorite colors, style, etc. |

Client provides us with a plot plan/survey of property if available.

Phase 3.
Rough draft:

3.1 |
Measurements taken to lay out house foundation, structures, patios,
fences, driveways, location of existing plants and trees, sunlight
orientation, etc., and to locate house on lot (approx.) if needed.

Phase 4.
Conceptual design:

4.1 |
Client input – the more feedback and information you can provide us
with, the better we can prepare a design that will ensure your vision
becomes a reality. |

4.2 |
Photograph design areas (if needed). |

4.3 |
On-site visits, site assessment, initial sketches, notes, and ideas. |

4.4 |
Concept research as needed. |
Phase 5.
Final Design/Master Plan:

5.1 |
Draft a landscape design tailored to client’s specifications showing
scale, compass points, and all plants and structures labeled
appropriately. |

5.2 |
Client review with final design presentation (pictures, samples,
questions, etc.). |
|
5.3 |
Provide a proposal for implementation of the final design. |
|
5.4 |
Make any revisions as needed. |
Phase 6.
Implementation/Project Management:

the experience of the people building it. We choose the materials and
plantings for our installations very carefully.
